I chose the name of the blog in homage to my legal background and it looks like a court case. Don't worry, we are not headed for divorce. All the cool names with "Smith" were already taken. Surprise, surprise -- the world is full of Smiths who like to blog too. Our family consists of me, Jason, Bear the cat and Fred the dog. Plus a merry cast of friends and family.

Okay kid you got me to open a google/blogger so i am slow and a dummy when it comes to this internet stuff but i am learning and how much i retain is something else. My son gets so po at me it becomes commical and dumb. I like bear. I don't know about orange trees in texas. my sister has had one for years and gets a bunch of oranges that never ripe. They all end up on the ground.
